Terms of Service

By ordering or using HQ Cloud services you agree to these terms.

1. Services

We provide bot, website, VPS, Minecraft, database, email and dedicated server hosting. Plan resources are listed on our website. All plans are subject to fair-use policies, infrastructure availability and resource limits.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account, credentials and everything that happens under it. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Billing and payment

• Prices are listed in INR. Other currencies shown on the website are estimates only.
• Services are billed monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly, in advance.
• Long-term billing discounts may apply.
• One-time services such as migration and setup are charged once.
• Services may be suspended or removed if an invoice remains unpaid after its due date.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use our services for illegal activity, malware, phishing, spam, port scanning, attacks on other networks, cryptocurrency mining, or content that infringes the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate services that break these rules or harm other customers.

5. Backups and data

Automatic backups are included only on plans that list them. Optional backups can be purchased. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of important data.

6. Uptime and support

We work to keep services online 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, upstream outages and attacks can cause downtime.

7. Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed through a support ticket. One-time setup and migration fees are generally non-refundable once the work has started.

8. Termination

You may cancel at any time through a ticket. We may suspend or terminate services for violations of these terms. Data may be deleted after termination.

9. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, HQ Cloud is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for data loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last billing period.

10. Changes

We may update these terms and prices. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
